Return Policy

What products are eligible for returns?

Products are accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation). Exclusions apply, please note:

  • Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund.
  • Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or Customized Products:
    • Items designed according to customer specifications (e.g., engraved or custom-designed products).
  • Used or Damaged Products:
    • Products that show signs of use or are not returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Single Items from Bundles:
    • Individual items purchased as part of a set cannot be returned separately unless they are defective.

 

How do I return an online purchase?

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  1. Return Authorization:

Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  1. Return the item:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all original documentation.

Ship the item to the address provided in your RA instructions.

  1. Customer Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

What will my refund look like?

For online/phone purchases: Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What if I wanted an exchange instead?

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
